Kartsport Nelson Drivers Are Set To Take On The Best Karters In The Country, When They Head Over The Hill To Kartsport Marlborough For The Cresswell Electrical 2014 KSNZ National Sprint Championships Easter Weekend (18-20 April)
There Are Over 160 Entries From All Over New Zealand And Even Some From Australia For This Years Championship. Eight Of Those Entries Are Our Very Own Local Drivers Based Out Of Kartsport Nelson. For Josh Bradley (Cadet), Hannah Ross (Rotax Junior), And Kevin Barker (Rotax Heavy) This Will Be Their First Time Going To The Nationals Event, And Will Be A Huge Experience For Them And Will Lift Their Race Craft, But Luckily They've Done Many Laps Around The Long Marlborough Circuit So Could Be Ones To Watch.
The More Experinced Drivers Jarod Fisher (Junior Restricted), Clarke McFadzien (Junior Rotax), Brendon Gridley (Rotax Heavy), Matt Butchart (KZ2), And Teneill Rasmussen (Rotax Light) This Is Nothing New For Them And Will Be Expecting Some Strong Results.
Drivers Will Head Over For Official Practice On Thursday, And Then Will Have Qualifying Friday. For Racing The Classes Will Be Split Down To Run Half On Saturday And The Other Half On Sunday. Saturday Will See Cadet, Rotax Light, KZ2, And Sunday Will Have Junior Restricted, Rotax Junior And Rotax Heavy Racing.
Racing Kicks Off At 9am Everyday At The Cresswell Electrical Kart Raceway, 1 Wither Road Blenheim And Spectator Entry Is FREE! Racing Is Still On If Wet.
